While I didnt' start out having any interest in the PC line, I have developed an interest, since it travels through my areas of interest ( Mid-Atlantic and Northeast ). I currently have the C430 and some A units, and I think one B unit. I've got some Hustlers with a PC scheme, both all black and green and white, too. Trying to build a small consist of PC rolling stock as well.
Hi, would you like to come home and see my caboose?

Here's the PC I've got. It came to me in a junk lot at a flea market, and I thought someone told be it was Varney. Now I'm not sure. Maybe the shell doesn't match the drive. Anyway, whatever it is, here it is.

Just got around to looking at this thread again. I just love this unit, whatever she is. That odd shade of green floats my boat, and the slightly peculiar lines are terrific. Totally PC.
Penn Central: the railroad everyone loved to hate. I was looking through old issues of Trains Magazine a while back. For all the history of the PC I could find no article save one talking about this Fallen Flag save one rather acid commentary about its sad state of affairs. Not even could I find side bar editorials or remarks. In fact, Microbusss once called this a "dirt bag of a railroad."
wks: Whitey is his name. Short for The White Mountains. Of course he is a black crow.

rbturner: Hey, Danger Man; you had better batten down the hatches this morning. A storm is coming. (Don't forget to wear your mask)

JNXT 7707: Danger Man is not afraid of any storm. Neither is Whitey.

umpdan31: I get it now. If the black Hills of South Dakota has a white crow, is his name Blackie? (Nothing racial intended. I'm talking about a bird. When I was young, we had a black Cocker Spaniel named Blackie.)
