You know how it goes: You find stuff / stuff finds you / you gotta take excess stuff to pick certain stuff / interests shift to other stuff / there's only so much space and time for stuff!
Hence, it's time for me to thin the herd of stuff. So here's a bunch of pics of excess "stuff" I have, for sale or trade. Descriptions below. If you need more info, please ask here so everyone can see. If you want to make an offer, please PM me to keep things fair.
I'll give Eric/Stretch, and Randy, rights of first refusal since they've sent or will be sending things my way, so I oughta try and make good. If I'm forgetting someone, let me know! I might yet decide to keep a couple of these depending on if/what else leaves (mainly the AHM FM and/or BL2 locos, since I don't have any others yet could see those being relevant to HOC someday... but then maybe someone will make an offer I can't refuse, ha ha).
Anyway, on to the pics:
RUNNING LOCOS:
> Tyco GP20, Rio Grande: Beautiful shell, fully detailed just missing one short nose handrail. Newly rebuilt with smooth-running PT motor and matching dummy truck (black frames).
> Tyco C430, Silver Streak WITH caboose: Typical "loose faded condition" but decent
> Tyco C430, Illinois Central Gulf: PT version WITH caboose
> Tyco GenII F7, Chessie System: beautiful, with box
> *****Bachmann E60CP, The ROCK: 1980 drive rebuilt with repaired / replaced drive axles and 6 traction wheels, with box****CLAIMED
> AHM C424, Spirit of 76 WITH caboose: Roco tooling & chassis
DUMMY ROLLER LOCOS:
> Athearn GP35, B&O - OEM dummy (rare Athearn plastic dummy trucks)
> Athearn F7B, CP Rail - OEM dummy
> Athearn Hustler, Black #56 - rear pilot broken from shell, possibly for deliberate mod? Shell has nice paint but some sort of random blob glosscoating.
> Tyco Durango GP20 - might need to ream the front truck gimball a little more
> Tyco Chattanooga GP20
> Tyco GG1 - Pennsy Tuscan - shell scuffed but a great repaint candidate.
PROJECT / PARTS LOCOS:
> COX EMD F3: runs, missing fuel tank/weight (might be similar to screw-in Tyco F-unit tanks but I don't have spares to try these); shell is unfinished amateur Amtrak PhI repaint.
> AHM GP18 - Reading shell & chassis (incomplete handrails), motor, geared truck - missing sideframes and wheels
> AHM FM Project lot: BN & Rio Grande shells with chassis, truck frames, motors, plus spare chassis and motor. Missing wheels and axles.
LOCO SHELLS:
> Tyco Chattanooga GP20 - slight pilot step damage
> Tyco Durango GP20 - OEM foam smudge on rear nose
> Tyco Sharknose - BN
> Tyco C630 (screw-in tank version) - Chessie
> Tyco C630 - Santa Fe Rivarossi version, missing front pilot, with chassis
> Bachmann GE U36B - The Rock - very dirty, slight handrail damage
ROLLING STOCK as shown...
> Box with Lehigh Valley center flow, all cars nice and ready to roll
> Box with 3 boxed cars: boxed cars are ready to go. Other cars in that box are blemished to some degree ***PINE HILL CLAIMED***
> Box with random loose cars - these are projects / parts. Boat is made by Lionel. ***RI pipe flat claimed****
If you need any more info, please ask. No reasonable offer refused. ("Gimme!" is not a reasonable offer, unless I owe ya one, lol)
