I know of a certain hobby shop in Victoria that will have a TON of Union Pacific power for sale shortly. I am testing and servicing it now. Canada is not a huge UP territory, as you can imagine. Stay tuned.
Well, at the risk of spamming or soliciting here, I'll tell you all. A gentleman here in Victoria had a plan to build a model of the Cheyenne yard. He admired it so much, he spent years researching and collecting info. and then models. He had some beautiful display cabinets made to feature all his locos, steam and diesel. Recently, he decided to start work on the locos and rolling stock he'd amassed over the years, from train shows and Ebay. This was when he found that his vision had gone so bad, no amount of magnification seemed to help. He couldn't see his models! But, enough of the sad stuff. Here's a sample. Kato, Atlas, Spectrum, Stewart, Athearn, Proto 1000, Proto 2000, Rivarossi (yes, a Big Boy and a Challenger, both red box.) Many have little or no run time.
I could be wrong, but I'm guessing the reason I can't upload to Photobucket is, I'm using good old Windows 10!! Anyone who is using this OS knows it is still in BETA. First, I found that I couldn't send pictures in an email. I've tried twice to upload to Photobucket, but the files can't be found. Grrr! So my only other option is to post all the pics of this stuff over THERE. Where, you ask, is THERE? TCF, of course. Otherwise, all this will have to be done by The Railhead on his FB page. I'll be talking to David on Saturday, so I'll let him know I'm a failure at the technology thingy. Evan
Nope Directly from my PC. It was a gradual thing. At first, emails with attached photos would hang in the outbox for a day or so. Then, a week. Then, they would not go at all. I tried sending some to HO Seeker, early on . All he received were files that wouldn't open. I recall sending to someone else, and all they got were place holders.
umpdan31: I get it now. If the black Hills of South Dakota has a white crow, is his name Blackie? (Nothing racial intended. I'm talking about a bird. When I was young, we had a black Cocker Spaniel named Blackie.)

wks: Nothing racial here. The singer Clint Black is white and the singer Barry White was black. Just names.

mph: Jerry, we got a bad trade. It was only supposed to be 4 days of 100+ with one day having a high of 108. They took the 108 away but extended the 100+ days to at least 8.

JNXT 7707: C'mon down, TK! We'll set you outside in the morning, I'd say around 7:00 pm the meat will be falling off the bone with a nice crispy crust on the outside.

TK Dave: Been there, done that, while riding around on a bicycle all day in San Antonio.
