Thanks for the kind words, although I've never been to New Zealand so it wasn't my influence, not to say they don't have engines like this ? I was going for this look "American backwoods logging type" . I guess the bush is the bush just in a different place ?
Thanks for the kind words about the engine and thanks for posting the link. I had seen one engine like that but there was no caption to explain what it was. Now I know. I used an "N" gauge six wheel diesel loco as a base If you look at the picture with the top off you can see part of the motor. I built it using parts mostly out of the scrap box and some machined parts. I also have a piece of Masonite between the wheel sets so it will double as a track cleaner. (I hope) More pictures to follow. Terry

JNXT 7707: I've never tried Fabuloso so I can't comment on it. Super Clean is a good one so I stick with it.
