Just for the fun of it.
I found this Hot Wheels '62 Chevy pickup at Dollar General the other day. I couldn't pass it up because I had a white '62 Chevy pickup I drove through high school and into the first years of marriage. It was a short stepside that I put a 283 V8 and 'glide into, with a 4:11 posi, lowered with F60 rubber and white spoke wheels. It was loud and looked good, and was a gas hog with the Carter AFB. Not a whole lot different than this Hot Wheels one.

Not too much old stuff, but from maybe mid 80's on as the kids were growing up, kinda handed from one to the next, gotta be 100 or so in the attic, but a pain to get out so they will sit for now, #3 went bigtime into nascar units, so only a few matchboxafter 2000,probably 100 of those, now we pick em up for the grandson, but I don't follow what brands he's getting, but he probably has 30 or 40 already.
I've got a bunch of Majorette cars I've been picking up at resale shops. They were my favorite as a kid because they almost all had an opening door or hood and there were alot of "regular" cars. Also I thought it was cool that they were made in France. Now unfortunately Majorette seems to be just a brand name slapped on generic asian toy cars with no particular special features.
As I move fully into HO scale though, I'm thinking of letting them go along with some matchbox and others. Should I put them up for sale/trade here at the Depot before going to Ebay?

wks: None of the football teams adopted the Baby Shark theme song. Perhaps that song would give the same good luck that it gave a certain baseball team in Washington to propel them to champions.

wks: Hapless teams like the Browns Lions Jets should look into that good luck song.

wks: Imagine how the opposing team feels if the home team blasts that song on their stadium's deep sub woofer speakers at full volume.

wks: Jerry Jones is contemplating using that song at his new Texas Stadium or whatever that stadium is called.

JNXT 7707: I'm pulling for the Chiefs, Jim. After the way they demolished the Titans after falling behind 24-0 or whatever it was, I think they are on a mission. Should be a good one either way.
